Decoding Chevrolet Engines

Help decode this engine casting Chevrolet 454 and the date code? PLEASE Help rebuilder muscle car?

The number casting is 3963512 (and 6 could be an 8 also) Date Code H 26 9 and he CONV 1 GM 6 (I think it is a 8 maybe) about it. And cam a 60 thereon. What does the 60 on the cam mean? Is the 60 good or bad? And can you tell me everything you can about this engine from the info I given. I try to find a motor for my 70 chevelle, I think it's this one. How much would you say that the engine is worth a short block completely refurbished (four nodules, has resurfaced, sweetened, all cams, pistons, camshaft) and with heads that are rebuilt simply not attached and the heads are for this engine. The reason why I want to know everything about it because I think it was made in 1969 and it goes to a 1970 Chevelle or Corvette. And I think it is a LS _ (1, 3 or 5)?
