Chevrolet Nova $81.25 The Chevrolet Monza is a subcompact, fourpassenger automobile that was introduced September 1974, and produced for the 1975 through 1980 model years. Monza is based on the Chevrolet Vega, and shares Vegas wheelbase and width, and was produced with HBody variants Buick Skyhawk, Oldsmobile Starfire and Pontiac Sunbird. It competed with other sporty coupes including Toyota Celica, Capri, Opel 1900 Manta, and the downsized Ford Mustang II, as well as the rotaryengined Mazda RX2, Rx3 and Rx4 coupes. The Monza nameplate was originally used for the Chevrolet Corvair. The Chevrolet Nova is an automobile produced in the United States from 1962 to 1979 by the Chevrolet division of General Motors and from 1985 to 1988 by the NUMMI, a joint venture between General Motors and Toyota. In its original form it was the top model in the compact Chevy II range and was marketed as the Chevrolet Chevy II Nova until the Chevy II name was dropped for the 1969 model year. The original platform was discontinued and the name returned as a front wheel drive subcompact car based on the Japanese Toyota Sprinter. Chevrolet Impala $86.03 The Chevrolet Impala is a fullsize automobile built by the Chevrolet division of General Motors. The Impala became the bestselling automobile in the United States when full sized cars dominated sales. From 1958 until 1965, it was Chevrolets most expensive fullsize car. In 1965, reaching its sales peak, Chevrolet introduced the Caprice. The Impala was then positioned down one trim level but still above the more economical models the Bel Air and Biscayne. It remained the most popular fullsize Chevrolet model through the mideighties. The Impala, named for a southern African antelope, is most readily distinguished by having three sets of taillights, while most contemporary cars only have one or two. It competed in the market against other fullsize cars such as the Ford Galaxie 500 and the Plymouth Fury. The Impala SS nameplate was revived in 1994 96 on the fullsize, rearwheeldrive Chevrolet Author: Miller, Frederic P./ Vandome, Agnes F./ McBrewster, John Binding Type: Paperback Number of Pages: 148 Publication Date: 2010/06/05 Language: English Dimensions: 6.00 x 9.02 x 0.34 inches |

Chevrolet Astro $117.9 The Chevrolet Astro was a rearwheel drive minivan introduced by Chevrolet in 1985 to rival domestic (American) competitors the Dodge Caravan/Plymouth Voyager twins and the Japanese Toyota Van. Also sharing the Astros platform was its sibling, the GMC Safari. In addition to standard passenger uses, the vans were also available as cargo vans, and converters used them as the basis for small conversion vans. Both Pontiac and GMC have used the Safari nameplate (GMC is part of the Pontiac/GMC division); Pontiac used the nameplate on several of its station wagon models from 1955 through 1989. The two Safaris, both Pontiac and GMC, were on the market together (often sold by the same dealerships) from 1985 through 1989. The Astro model name had been used previously for the unrelated Chevrolet Astro 1 Concept car, first shown at the New York Auto Show of 1967. While the Astro was referred to as a minivan, it was sized between the Chevrolet Venture/Lumina APV unibody minivan and the fullsize Chevy Van/Express. Chevrolet Ssr $87.62 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles The Chevrolet SSR (Super Sport Roadster) was a retractable hardtop convertible pickup truck manufactured by Chevrolet between 2003 and 2005. The truck was based on the longwheelbase Chevrolet TrailBlazer EXTs platform, and featured retro styling and a steel retractable hardtop designed by ASC. The production model was based on the SuperSport Roadster concept car shown at the 2000 Detroit Auto Show. An earlyproduction SSR was the pace car for the 2003 Indianapolis 500 auto race. The 2003 and 2004 models used General Motors Vortec 5300 engine, a 5.3 L 300 hp V8. Performance was not spectacular at 7.7 s to 60 mph (97 km/h) with a 15.9 s/86.4 mph quarter mile run. The 2005 SSR used the 390 hp (291 kW) LS2 V8 also found in the C6 Corvette and Pontiac GTO, and also offered a manual transmission (the sixspeed Tremec) for the first time, as an option. For the 2006 model year, the LS2 engine featured minor modifications that boosted its output to 395 hp (automatic transmission) and 400 hp (manual transmission), respectively.
