MPG is what your vehicle get, and what is he supposed to do? So what are you getting?

I noticed the mpg on the sticker on new vehicles is usually off. I was wondering how far they are. My mother drives a Chevrolet TrailBlazer 2002 I think the sticker Highway said that 21 mpg, but she was only 19 road.

I own a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 single cab sticker read when I bought City – 19 Highway – 21. Well as far as city driving is .. I do not drive there and the road all the time and I've been getting between 19 and 20 mpg.
